For our AI Agent, we charge based on request complexity, not duration of a call. For our AI Copilot we charge based on hold times.
Information Urgency
Non-urgent results typically return results in 1 day, with a 2 business day SLA. Urgent requests return results on the same day and cost 2x the price of non-urgent ones.
