We've trained our AI to navigate the phone mazes and get to a human as fast as possible so we can save you time. This means that we press 0 and say "representative" over and over again, just like you would. Once we've gotten to a human, we remember how we got there and use that same path to get to a human next time.
Importantly, we've found that we can do this even without explicit patient information from you, the caller. In some cases, this might require another transfer once you get to the human, but most of the time, the insurance rep will be able to help you.
